Tscharke Wines Pty Ltd does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before completing your order.

Spoiled or Damaged Goods

We will only provide refunds or replacements for products that are spoiled or damaged during shipment handled by couriers.

To initiate a return for a spoiled or damaged item, please provide the following information:

  • Your order number and proof of purchase

  • Details of the affected items

  • Clear photos showing the damage or spoilage

Our customer service team will review your request and provide a resolution based on the circumstances.

If approved, we may offer either a replacement or refund for the affected product.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days once approved, and may take up to 7 days to appear in your account. Refunds will be made to the same card or account used for the original purchase.

Refunds and returns can only be processed for orders placed directly through tscharke.com.

For items purchased at our cellar door, please contact our staff directly to discuss any concerns.
