These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.

1. About Us

This website is operated by Tscharke Wines, a family-owned winery located in Marananga, Barossa Valley, South Australia.

All references to “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Tscharke Wines.

2. Legal Age Requirement

Under Australian law, alcohol may only be purchased by persons aged 18 years or over.

By placing an order through this website, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age.
You are authorised to use the payment method provided.
The recipient of the wine is also 18 years of age or over.

We reserve the right to request age verification and to cancel orders if appropriate identification cannot be provided.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order.
Limit quantities purchased.
Correct pricing errors or inaccuracies.

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.

If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we may:

Offer a substitute of equal or greater value, or
Provide a refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Australia and, where permitted, internationally.

Shipping Providers

We use reputable courier and postal services. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and seasonal demand.

Authority to Leave

Unless otherwise requested, deliveries may be left at the shipping address if deemed safe by the carrier. Tscharke Wines is not responsible for loss or damage once delivery has been completed.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or import restrictions imposed by their country.

Tracking details will be provided where available.

5. Returns & Refunds

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law.

If you receive:

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Photographic evidence may be required.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

6. Wine Club & Promotional Offers

From time to time, we may offer:

Member pricing
Promotional codes
Limited releases
Bundle offers

Promotions:

Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless stated.
May have expiry dates.
Are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

7. Bookings – Cellar Door & Underground Experience

Tastings

Standard tasting fees apply unless otherwise stated. Tasting fees may be redeemable upon qualifying purchases.

Underground Experience

Bookings for The Underground Experience:

Must be made in advance.
Are limited in capacity.
May require prepayment.

Cancellations

Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking may forfeit payment.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a refund or reschedule will be offered.

Guests must behave responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service in accordance with responsible service of alcohol regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, imagery, branding, logos and design — is the property of Tscharke Wines unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without prior written consent.

9. Website Accuracy

We strive to ensure all information is accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee:

Completeness
Accuracy
Availability of products

Vintages, tasting notes and availability may change without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tscharke Wines will not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential loss
Delays in delivery
Events beyond our control
